The Conference Registration Fee of €600 will be used to cover attendance at the sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail party, gala dinner and a field excursion. It will also include the possibility of publishing one research contribution in the Conference publication (subject to acceptance by the referees, positive editorial assessment and presentation at the Conference). Potential Polish participants may apply to the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee for their fees to be discounted if support funds are available.
The accompanying person’s full registration fee is €200. The fee covers morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail party, dinner and a field excursion. Please note that Conference/Seminar fees are not refundable.
